God’s Inclusivity: “I Will Pour Out My Spirit on All Mankind”

Beyond Ethnicity:

In the Old Testament, God’s Spirit was often seen as resting primarily on specific individuals, such as prophets, judges, or kings, and primarily within the nation of Israel.
